The qualification tournament for the 2026 FIFA World Cup is underway. The top 16 European teams will secure their spots in the FIFA World Cup 2026, set to commence on June 11, 2026.

Italy's Group I Fixtures
Italy has been drawn into Group I alongside:

The qualification format follows the traditional knockout structure. The 12 group winners will qualify directly for the World Cup, while the 12 runners-up, along with the top 4 teams from the UEFA Nations League, will enter the playoffs.
